only one cylinder working

hey guys, I have a 1996 waveventure 1100.the problem is only one of the cylinders is firing,the one closest to the fuel pump.I think the other 2 carbs arent getting any gas.I replaced the fuel pump.If i spray starting fluid in the other 2 cylinders,shes alright.Any ideas before I rebuild the carbs?
