2004 f-12x f1 code help!!!

I recently took my f-12x out and after about two hours of riding it started to blinking the warning light and the f1 on the gauge. when I got home I read the forum on how to pull the codes and it blinked seven times. my only problem was that I was unable to find out on how search what could be the problem and how to fix it ? also could it give the code if I ran it for the whole time without my rest

Code 7 is for the ECT sensor. It is located below & between number 3 & 4 intake, in the head. The connection may not be good or the sensor is bad.
If your ski is still under warranty, have it serviced at a trusted dealership. If not under warranty, buy a new ECT sensor from Honda Parts-Direct. To clear the code, take it to a dealership.
