I would start by pulling the front pump cover and see what you find. If all of the cage is there I would inspect the flywheel with a mirror and flash light through the sc hole as you rotate the motor...

Considering the sea doo has an 83mm hub and 158 liner and the riva yamaha pump has a 75mm hub and 160mm liner it would make since that the riva pump would need a lot more water to feed it....

Your going to want to run 60's or 80's depending on ecu and ability to tune. 50's will work in some situations but better off going with larger injectors and lower pressure. -

With riva ecu and ET race running 50 lb injectors I had to crank the fuel pressure to over 75lbs at wot in the summer. Much higher than I would have prefered. Could not even run 50's in the cooler...
