OK thanks, 09 rxt ..... so should I use it or get the old style?
and I see that the 09 rear is turned down so the prop cap/seal fits loose...it there a fix?
on my gtx conversion I bought what I was told was a rxt drive shaft...so WTF do I have?
top is stock 03 gtx sc and the bottom is what I would like to use.... Thanks

I bet with base set at 46psi you may not even make it to 22psi boost
I made it to 25psi boost but with 58psi base and 105% DC on 1150's

There is a lot more variables to consider besides just the wheel

weight,drag,use all differant
IMO use a standard plug with a .020 to .025 gap the more boost the smaller gap
I thought we used 10mm plugs not 12mm
the cmd is nice but you have vtec too
so IMO use it to fine tune the vtec map
and when its good/perfect you can take off the cmd and just use your vtec
or put it on a ski without vtec

that plug you have there is backwards
that plugs onto a uscar/ev6 injector and uses the siemens/ ev1 harness
no, it can only do so much ideally about less than 5% which is only a fine tune
and then you need to change the base map and then auto tune it another 5%
and so on, get it... so how do you change...
you got a cmd and no data logging.....wtf dude why not?
how do you plan on tuning it...auto tune...lol

injectors have many more properties besides max fuel flow
there are many good injectors on the market that will fit the seadoo just fine
the v1100 injectors are only 950cc/90lbs @43psi or about...
what does your cmd see for boost?
the guy who bores them should have them
IMO for a low boost ski that Chinese XS IC will work fine for almost 300hp but not 1000 ....LOL
now in very warm water (around 90) it will probable get heat soaked quickly over a min or two @ wot...

I have used the extender and it worked good for me. my logs were normal, no funny stuff
but you have the good exhaust manifold that is not too hard to tap
so IMO save the money on the extender and...
only way to have a bent rod is with a bent valve
do a leak down test
what are you using for a fuel controller?

new skis have more than just one limiter and the scom only does one
with the vtec flash can also go back to stock

andy is doing it the right way not the half ass way
he wants to see the stock map and he will know if there is a problem and can/may be able to fix it
