Yeah I agree with everyone here, if you had 110 PSI or something maybe its just worn rings, but 85PSI? something is pretty messed up, not sure of the price but you could probably get that center...

I think you have the wrong thought process here bud :) I did when I got in to skis also. You can't just patch of fabricate something that will just work, these ski's are very touchy and a quick fix...

well it should be around 120 to 130, do as you wish but eventually your going to have to tear it down all the way I would guess, good luck bud.

Carb setting are going to be that same as factory settings, know your simply getting adaquete fuel to all the carbs for sure. Your tuning so open them up about a 1/4 past factory and bring them down...

Oil Pump works great, oil lines fail bad, I use pre-mix just be aware that you will use a lot more oil that way.

I used needle nose pliers to get mine out, your going to want to put new c-clips in anyway.

The pins themselves are hard to get out if they're old, I would suggest come kind of c clamp rigged up.

Did you try charging the battery???? I have bought a new battery before that was deader that a door nail, charged it up and worked fine.

This ski will be nice once you get it back together. Rust in the carbs, make sure there clean or get new ones, not worth blowing up, if no one told you yet Polaris are SUPER finicky about fuel.

He probably just now developing good wash, bet it looks rich though :)

I have almost fallen off my once when I was 2 up, the SL900 is way more stable I would imagine, and way faster :)
