the active ingredients seem to have a big % difference .01- 10%
not sure if this could lead to some big differences in octaine between bottles
so a 6 year old ski blew a motor and you know of 1 more 6 year old ski with a blown motor
and you think it's worth persuing a class action?
the M1 motor is known for acheaving very high hours...
only allowed 1 jetski escape per year
but i won't give up just yet
It's a whole lot of fun Mal
Even as road crew it was almost as enjoyable as on the ski
Our team swapped riders and drivers
So we all had a go at both
Minimum $2,000 donation for each ski ...

If your just blasting around free styling I'm sure it would be dangerous
But we ride to some where
And that's not any different to being in a boat at night
I'm touching wood while writing this
Just to be safe
But I have ridden plenty of rough water and still haven't blown a clutch
And I'm sure I could take it easy
To rest those aching muscles ...

You'd be surprised how easy it is to see
We have done a few rides with 5 or more skis
Usually early morning so we can head somewhere then have the sun come up and head back
Maybe an over the hill and over 150 hours class Mal
Then we could both race in it
Maybe a must ride rough water the day before with Mal clause as well

It's legal to ride at night in Queensland
And quiet a few skis have permanent lighting
But it is also legal for us to use glow sticks tapped or tied to the ski green and red near the...
Sure do that's why Mal started to right of the start boat
And to give Corey something to whinge about
Now as for what ifs
What if there was a rec ski or race ski class
No stock class crap to...

i had a leaky injector on mine at around the ten hour mark
it sometimes made it hard to start when it was hot
since then the ski has done over 150 hours with motec and boost mods
so if it was...
i now have over 80 hours with the newer2011 clutch and riva dampner
It's an aftermarket bilge pump
So doesn't run all the time , like the newer 4 stroke skis that come with a bilge pump standard
if water is coming in it would be nice to know before its to late
would be nice to set it to turn on at a height that is not just cleaning up small splashes in the hull
i have seen 2...
yes your right Robbie
i had confused myself from seeing where the damage was on 2011 failures
looks like you guy's already have it sorted
so these other options have been tested and run the stock speedo corectly ?
you seem to be comparing the gears on the idler gear that run the oil pump
it's the smaller gear that turns the clutch
Also the initial setup is done by plugging in a trigger module that gives a 60 kph signal
Then you wind a screw on an adjustable pot till the skis speedo reads 60 kph
We did need to...

And unless the ski is going upstream in 20 mph rapids it will be going faster than 64 mph at 8,100 revs
Here is a pic of the unit in its waterproof case during testing
I cut the wires from my speedo wheel
But I'm sure you could also buy the correct plug and just plug it in leaving...
Mal could it be that the boost is being bled off at the higher rpm
One ski I know of still got over 100 deg in b2b using that cooling and thermostat removed
Half hour at wot is a long time
At mile an hour less than his speed you will be on it for near 40 mins
Wait till you've done more than 50 hours on your clutch with the E1 wheel Robbie
They seem to blow at about 40 hours
I am at over 60 hours on my clutch and dampner with ET low boost ...
I know what your saying Robbie
But the idle gear is not spinning that fast it is the super charger shaft spinning that fast
The reason there is not a lot of failures talked about is its not a...
A friend of mine setup a GPS module to run the speedo on my 2010 FZS
works a treat it wires to the original speedo wheel wires , where it gets power earth and sends the signal back to the dash
