This is the reason I always pull the seat while filling up, and check for fuel leak or try to smell for some :)

Did the same in my 300x.
When I went to tune it in I ran Klotz to ward off any potential detonation. It's...

I did found the ski revving faster, after rebuild.
Each hole shot, RPM was all over the limiter with stock tune and prop.
Acceleration was picking up like crazy.
Less rotating mass ftw!

Since you are in Australia, why not running the Worx unit from Watson Racing, it seems pretty good.
That's what I was thinking, but do not have that... will have to see who can do it.
You might want to find someone with CanDoo and perform some testing ( like reseting the TPS or actuator ).
What year is your ski?
Haha, next time put the part number so I don't get the wrong one ;)
I will try to do for my personal use, customer not! ;)
This is the 2012 Shop Manual - 4 Tec, bought it.
I will start with checking the throttle body for any sign of internal corrosion/salt since it is reving by itself.
It might be stuck.

When pulled mine, I notice the terminal was different.
Didn't hear anyone get hurt except Macc with his wrist issue and some riders collapsing after a hard day of race.
But I'm pretty sure the falling racer his scared of his life with craft arriving...

What ski do you own, if you have a flush port on the back of you ski that rinse the stock I/C... there is no need for this yellow pipe.
You can use it as a pisser relief.
I don't use mind and...

I saw steady gain of 150RPM+ and no heat soak.
Sadly I'm still running stock airbox... ;)
Very good IC if heat is number 1 issue in your country.

Sea Doo with IBR are very picky when it comes to AMPs.
A bad battery with bad connection can trigger false alarm when using IBR/Neutral ect...
Friend had issue whenever pulling IBR.
