Catching Cobia!
Last night I ran around the Chesapeake Bay dodging thunderstorms and catching Cobia, I also went out this morning at first light till 0730 before going off to work. I caught 6 cobia between 28 and 45 inches using live eels for bait. Great fun on spinning rod, all were let go but when I have more time the next one will be gracing my dinner table. I ran and cast to 8 sets of buoys and only saw them on a couple. Here are a some pictures I took the last couple of days.

Sounds like a great day on the water to me. I'm hoping to catch my first jetski cobia this summer. However, here in Texas they're more often called Ling. Again, congrats on some sweet fish and I hope you fare as well when you go to filling the box next time.

Brian, I'm getting ready to purchase one of these fish bags. I thought 6ft would be too big. I was gonna go with the 4ft one. How do you feel about the bags? Do they work? Is your 6ft too big or do you manage ok?
