    Makes no sense???

2002 RXDI (yeah I know thats part of the prob.)

Runs fine all day, pull up to the fuel dock and refuel it then it won't start. Spins over but no start. Wait 15 minutes or so and it starts right up.
I have tried filling it all the way and stopping short of full and it does the same thing. It started this last year and will do it every time.

    Suggestions on where to start?

I will assume that it is holding...you can shut it off and restart it anytime other than when you fuel it.

what are you doing different at the fuel dock? Is it time or temp is the fill hose loose and spilling a little fuel into the hull and making it to rich. These are the things that will answer your question

has nothing to do with the fuel dock...... its 2 things, how low r u letting the fuel level go? have you ever changed either fuel filter? there is a tapered seal on top of the fuel pump that loves to crack and will cause the fuel pump to cavatate on low fuel, once the fuel level rises and the pump primes again like magic poof it runs like a champ

    I have changed the filter.

It doesn't seem to matter when I fuel either at half tank or 1 bar it does the same thing.
Runs great to the dock, fill it and nothing, just spins over doesn't even sputter. 15 minutes later it will start on the first turn???

Is the stop at the fuel dock the only time you shut it off for several minutes? The reason fuel pressure is important is that you can get vapor lock were air will form in the fuel lines or worse the injectors can leak when down and flood the engine with fuel and making it hard or impossible to start till you let it set and the fuel evaporate.

You can start and stop all day and it will start fine...just don't fuel it.
I did however try to fuel it without filling it completely and it still did the same thing???
