    Any year extended pump will fit your SLT All 1994-2004 use the same pump components.

    Theres only one ad for an extended pump a stainless one. I need the stator as well so i'm looking to pick up a whole pump assembly that way the cooling tube, bolts, and driveshaft are there. Most ads say the year and motor so i'm not sure if its the one with the extension I need. Example "1996 1050 Polaris Jetski Jet Pump and Impeller" or a "1996 sl900 Polaris Jetski Jet Pump and Impeller".

    You can look up the models, or the pump extension ring part number online, then click Usage to see what other models used the same part.

    Polaris Industries Parts cross-reference and diagrams

    Models that came with the extended pump section 5131196 include (and they may be more);
    1999-2004 Virage, MSX, Pro 1200, Pro 785, SLX, SLTX, Freedom

    A pic of the pump will let you know if it's the extended one.

    Yes that is the extended pump,notice the 4 inch extension/wear ring between the stator and pump base,.

    You will also need to do something about the steering cable,get the cable form that 96 900.

    Also the trim motor rod needs to be longer,people have made a rod.

    I have the slt without the trim motor but was thinking about adding if it'll help. Keep in mind I also have a 4 degree spacer thats not on yet.
