951 ignition timming
Finally I'm ready to test my rx but before that I'm running to a friend of mines shop to check the ignition timming on my mpem (RXX one) My crankcases has the letter D on them .I'read that this letters represent the timming degrees on the mpem Where can I get info about this.
Thanks for reading .

That is in the shop manual. You should be able to download one from the stickys above the main index.
It would be better if you read it than to try and explain it here.

on the rear engine mount theres a "hole" in the center of the bracket, put the mag piston @ TDC make a line from that hole to the top center of the PTO in white paint. @ idle with a timing light and water running through your engine while running that will be your base timing

That is the easy part.
He still needs to understand how the MPEM timing correction works. Get that wrong and BOOM.
