Question 04 gauge cluster work in 06?

04 GTX LTD LCD going into an 06 GTX SC

anyone see any issues with BUDS not liking the older lcd?

obviously they are different part numbers but even the 04 GTX SC and 04 GTX SC LTD have different numbers

i did read where the 08 lcd works in an 06 with BUDS resetting display to 06 style...

    thanks!

Won't work. The plug on the back of the displays is completely different.

++1 wont work because the electronic is different and the ECU has to match the gauges.
