    HIN question

I'm looking at picking up a project ski that turned up locally, but the guy selling has no idea what it is, and hasn't sent a picture. All he knows is its a 91 Yami. Actually, he only knew it was a Yami. I had to explain the last 2 digits were the year - gotta love informed owners. Is there any way of decoding the HIN to tell what model it is?

There should be a sticker on the back, or the side. It tells you the model, capacity, etc. There is one on both of my skis, although they are newer.

The sticker is yellow by the way.

Thanks for the answer. I know there's a sticker, but this guy seems kinda clueless, and it's about an hour and a half drive to his country place, where the ski is. All he gave me was the HIN, so I was hoping I could get some info from that. I guess I'll wait til the next time he goes there.
