project 15f rough water top speed

I have the entire rpm kit on my ski plus the R&d scoop grate the best gps run I have done was 62 mph My average is 60.5 to 61 mph what can I done to get my average to 62? I ride in rough chop most of the time..and wind chop some times flat my ride plate is not sealed I did some sanding to my ride plate and sanded some of the scoop grate it made the ski ride a little smother in the chop I took off my rear seat couple of times and notice a .5 difference in my ski now I ride with out my rear bucket just seat so I know its lacking air..what mods do you recommend?

check to see if you have the hook in the hull, take a ruler or other straight edge and place it on the end of the hull, if there is space between it in the middle then you have the hook and should remove it by sanding it, that has been rumored to be good for .5 mph

That too, I have see people cut the center scoop or the oustide wings off and that gives you back about 2 mph
