Ultra 250x and pulley kit in offshore/endurance
Hi, as you can see in my lassrt thread i have my pulleys full of rust so maybe i need to change.... My question is if i change them i can put an r&d pulley kit with ecu e guel pump.... Is it safe if i use the ski in offshore and endurance or i risk a failure!? I have heard that a pulley kit in offshore or endurance can have some probs is it real?
What kind of failure can i have i i put it? Broken belt or broken sc o other?
Is it better oem pulley??

You will get a ton of different answers here I bet! I personally use OEM pulley's, HOWEVER, Rogue racing has just came out with some trick pulleys! They are powder coated as well to help reduce rust! I was told they did well in a supercoarse race. Smaller pulleys cause more heat, more heat on the Roots is no good! You could start getting heat soak. Loosing more power than your making. Stay close to the OEM size pulleys, and you should be fine for endurance racing.
