Have some damage to my intake grate and impeller. What should I do?

I have some scarping on my intake grate and one bar has broken off at one end. I also had some nics on the impeller edges and inside the pump. I didn't notice anything wrong in regards to performance? Should I replace the grate with a new one or go with the R&D and have it machined to fit? Should I replace the impeller with the Solas Concord 17/29 as well? What do you think guys? Thanks!

    Here are some shots!
