    Could any body tell me what is this part? i removed the head and then pulled it out with magnetic wand from where the fly wheel is located. Thnx

    Cam chain tensioner??

    yes #23 probably fell in the stator housing when you pulled the cam chain slides out

    Definitely cam chain tensioner.

    Thank you, yes it is this part. One more question: There was a tiny piece of metal that fell in there as well, i cant pull it out with a magnetic wand. Do i have to put the whole engine apart or it may lay down on the bottom with no further damage to the engine components? thnx

    Any metal in the bottom of an engine is NOT good...I would try like hell to get it out of there...
