middle carb leaking gas at idle

I went trhough the carbs before doing on engine swap on the gp1200. They were all really clean so I just put them back together and threw them on. Now the middle carb is leaking gas. I may have screwed something up. I guess I'll pull it out again. Anything specific to check for?

    Check the needle and seat.

Like Beerdart said, check diaphragm's and fuel pump gasket for external leak.

Sorry I didn't specify internal leak, I am suspecting the needle and spring but just took it off and it looks pretty normal.

Well took it apart and swapped needles with another carb and works fine. Diaphragmn was a little dirty. Oh well. Looks like the oil injection on my front cylinder is bad.

just out of curiousity how do you know when a carb is leaking internally? What are the symptoms?
