51 hours on it...Havent pulled the PV yet, My guess is rings or PV...I am thinking its the Nikasil pieces that I am seeing...The piston is pretty siezed to the cylinder, not sure how to break them apart...

I got a bad feeling the crank may have snapped...I am hoping not, but I got a bad feeling about it. The cylinder wall is in surprisingly good shape...It wasnt a PV, so really not sure where all this stuff came from yet. once I get the cylinder off I will know more. I can push down on the #1 cylinder about 1/2" before it starts to move the other 2 pistons...that is what is making me nervous

snapped a connecting rod on cylinder 1. Not sure how or why, but it is what it is! Now I got to decide if its worth fixing or parting out

it looks like your piston had an avalanche.

WTF??? looks like someone put a hand full of gravel on top of the piston. I have seen many piston failures but nothing that looks like that. How about giva us a look at the inside of the cylinder walls. From the picture of what can be seen the cylinder walls look slick..
