    Plastic plugs in Virage bumper/trim

    I am missing a half dozon or so of the little push in plastic plugs on the bumper/trim. Polaris does not supply these anymore and they look like an odd size. Has anyone found an aftermarket supply for these? The typical hardware store supply are not the same. I believe the term is "barbed Fir Tree Plugs".

    Are you sure they are not available?

    I just checked part number 5431994-070, and PartsPitStop was showing them for $2.74 each, which implies they are available.

    I would expect the other online Polaris OEM sources would also be able to supply them;
    Polaris PWC Parts Sources

    I have also used push fit plastic hole plugs (not the Fir tree style), such as these.

    I got some from an automotive anti-rust spray dealer. They use the black plastic plugs to fill in the holes they drill when they need to spray inside body panels.

    I just got some black ones a few weeks ago from my dealer...so they should still have them. Or maybe I got the last ones.

    I ordered some a while back from Babbitts and Appolsons has them too. Like K447 said you'll pay ~$2.74 - $3.15 ea. + shipping. I'm missing quite a few....black RTV neatly installed works great!
