question on ported 1300...idle surges after having water in engine...i

I have completely disassembled the engine and cleaned, oiled etc every individual part on it with the exception of the throttle body. I noticed that my piston pins seem to fit so tightly that I can actually feel each "pin" of the wrist pin as the piston moves by hand. I'm not sure if thats a contributor to why my engine is running extremely crappy but I figured I'd throw that out there. I wasn't sure if I needed to spend the money to replace each of those parts to be safe.

Keyway sheared off a couple weeks ago, filled motor with salt water. I broke it down completely, soaked in parts cleaning solution and then gave it all an oil bath and spun each bearing by hand until it was smoothly operating.

It's a Lowell ported 1300 that I had done last season. Before I run it and have something catastrophic go wrong I figured I'd reach out to you guys.

I had set the TPS to .875 volts with my Yamaha software + cable. I am not sure what the degree level should be (it changes with the adjustment of the TPS)

let me know what you think...the engine kinda races and sounds absolutely horrible. The 1390 I built sounds 500 times better than this. It ran flawlessly on the trailer and for the 11 seconds before it drowned after shearing the keyway...is it my injectors?
