    Sensor Question.

There is a sensor on the front of the ECU mountthat has a single nut to hold it, I need to know what angle is yours at cause I think its messing up my ski. its the sensor that says "Recycle Contains Mercury"

I had been stuck in limp mode for a while, come to find out I dint put the nut on that sensor and it fell off, but now when I ride it and take a good turn or hit a wave, the ignition seems like it goes into limp mode, but no chk eng light, it will rev limmit the motor and slow me down, it will idle fine but you have to wait a few seconds for it to stop then you can go wot or whatever, sux cause no code.

Anyone know what would cause this.

Thats your MAP sensor... angle will not matter! However... mine is mounted around a 45 degree angle.

If you mean front of the MPEM mount, then yes, it is important to secure it in the correct position. It is the mercury switch for the TOPS. I'll try and get a pic.

sounds like your tops, might want to map it out and see if something is out of whack?
