Anyone with an FZS/FZR in the CT area?

I will buy you lunch/beer/gas/hookers if you let me ride it for 15 mins
I'm on the fence about buying one and a short ride would really help with my decision.

I considered it, but I think the FZ isn't that much more once you add up all the parts plus the weeks I'd spend in a cold garage.
I'd also like something a bit bigger than the GPR since I'm always getting my ass kicked riding around in the sound and around NYC.

Talk to Steve. He built his at a very conservative cost. You will be going a lot faster for a lot less money by going that route but you also wont be getting a nice new ski with a warranty.. soo..

I saw one in west haven today that looked like it fell off of someones trailer. It was about a block from my house getting loaded onto a flatbed.. not sure what the deal was.

95% chance at this point that I'll be picking up an FZS later in the week so if anyone else is in my position, I will let you ride it (if you provide lunch/beer/gas/hookers).

Whats the difference between a FZS and an FZR?

I do not follow Yamahas AT ALL. So excuse my ignorance...

I could go to Yamaha's website and read up... but I dont care THAT much.
