    intercooler gunk

ive just removed my cooler and found the dreaded smegma,i had a bit of water allso. My rude charger did spew oil,i plugged it and ive managed to elimanate most of it.Im not sure if the cooler is leaking or not,it could be condensation, mixed with the oil spew this is the first time ive pulled it.So ive flushed all the chite out,but decided i might want a change of cooler,im tempted to give the riva a go as its now a very good price, but are there any other options for the money.Ive had no probs with the XS its been great, and the speedfreaks set up has been the best....its held everything rock solid....any opinions with my set up other than the XS thanks ...

ye thats true,i have degreased it twice.IM not knocking the XS in any way at all,and erics short pipe and bracket set up has been tested to the max and passed..but with my bud waiting to buy my bracket and the riva being a complete set up with solid pipes im tempted...at that price.. unless there is another option...

We just came back from a weeks stay in Key West with 8 skis... My buds RXT with a Gen1 Riva shit on him causing a overheat condition leading to this.... The ski just about caught on fire, over $800.00 in damages. Riva has launched its 2nd Gen intercoolers... dont know if there is any problems with them but the Gen1 coolers are notorious for clogging. Be careful.

Just thinking.... maybe you can send it to Danny and he can flow test for you. He's the man for flow testing imo.
