    Old fuel maybe?

Was bored today so decided to take the ski for quick spin @ the canal. It had acted up a bit last time and it did again. I could not accelerate more than 1_3 throttle or it would make a weid noise and hesitate. Little by little it started to loosen up. Started maxing out @ 7700 rpms at 72.5 mph before it would hesitate. Loosened up to 8200 rpm @ 76.5 mph. Then it just went back to hesitating and running rough. The fuel has been there for at least 6 months...

Bet your pump is toast...(JET PUMP) Your loosing rpm and then getting some back. You not that lucky for it to be fuel or are you pull your pump cone and check for water while you drain the gas you might also cange the fuel pump sock

Wierd noise NOT GAS but I didnt see running rough. IT loosened up?? Bad gas wont get better. A pump coming apart will then it will get bad again.. I dont know I just had a feeling. It wont hurt to check but if I am right it may cost him a pump to ignore. Only takes a few minutes to eliminate.

Hook it to the back of your truck and drag it down the road. A member here did that one time and it ran better after that.
