    Polaris X45 with crappy carbs

    Hello again.

I have a X45. I was just reading on "piston wash". I know that my "X" has crappy carbs (I think they are Bings). Do they have only a high speed screws or only a low speed screw for adjustments? I want to look at the pistons and double check because my boat runs great. Just better safe than sorry.

The service manual shows no adjusting screws on the Bing carbs.

Sorry,I have no experience with Bing carbs and there is a small amount of info in the 99 manual. Hopefully somebody will have advice.

There are adjustment screws. I'm just not sure if they are high speed or low speed.

Great, the service manual states low screw adjustment = N/A
High speed adjustment screw = N/A

Ussually when they say N/A, it means no screws, Sorry
