    Adjusting carbs on a '99 XLT ?

Hey guys, I was wondering if there is some easier way of adjusting the carbs on this boat other than taking out the stinger section everytime I want to touch the carbs? Is there some trick of the trade? I learned the hard way that the engine compartment is sufficiently different from the GPR hull that the stinger section of the pipe is almost impossible to get in without sliding the engine forward (thank God I bypassed the oil pump) or pulling the head off. I'd rather save myself a ton of work for a little adjustment if I can. Lemme know. Thanks.
