A little help needed
Just took the ski out with new 15/20 solas should be a complete stage 2 only getting 73.4 on gps max revs with trim right down is 7900 trim up 7750 rpm is this the correct speed.

What are the air and water temps? What elevation?

63 water 65 air at sea level just seems abit low to me

Yeah, with those conditions, I would expect a little bit higher speed. I would think you should be seeing at least 75. How's your wear ring look? Have you checked for boost leaks in the IC plumbing pipes? Also, seal up the stock IC blockoff with some Permatex Ultra Black.

First thing i would check is for a boost leak...I would check all my hose connections and then the stock blockoff...
Your speeds are pretty close in one sense but for those temps I think it's way low...I'd think in 60 degree air and water you'd easy be 76ish...
If you check all that and it's still there then perhaps too much pitch on the prop...

Top Banana: Be sure to do soapy water test - FIRST. With the ski running, spray soapy water on all of the hose connections, near the s/c, i/c, and exhaust to see if they blow bubbles. These big motors tend to really torque when you go wot. The flex causes leaks when there might not appear to be any. Rev the motor pretty high to get a real good look at the connections!

well guys had a look could not see any leaks removed plugs all looked ok.had a set of BMW M3 3ltr plugs e36 type checked to see if same length and thread put the in fired it up sounds sweet amazed me how different it was so smooth. will be out to test tomorrow.
