    New Grips finally on

On an earlier post I asked for help on what to do about the stock grips, thanks to all that offered advice. I ordered some ODI Ruffian grips, cut the ends off the stock bars and installed these, one word is awesome!
Thanks all for the help, super site here for a newbee on a ski to learn the ins and outs. Mike

p.s. got my grips from, great to deal with, fast to ship.

Very nice, those look great! Did you just hacksaw the ends off?

Used a dremal with the 1 inch cutting disk. Took 4 disk, these bars are hard and fairly thick. After I cut them off, just took a file and smoothed it up on the edges. Fairly easy, just cut as close to the end as possible since the controls for the start and the throttle can't be moved since they have an internal clip that will not let them move, the clip settles in a hole / slot in the bars.

p.s. once the bars are cut the overall length left is 5 inches
