Ultra 250 Super charger bearing replacement
I have 2007 Ultra 250 serviced every 25 hours. The Super Charge belt has only been replaved once , but tension is checked and adjusted as needed.
Is there any Kawasaki directive on replaceng the tension wheel bearing every 20 hours as stated by R and D?
Ultra 250X Bearing Rebuild Kit - Now Available
R&D recommends the inspection of the R&D Supercharger and Tensioner wheel bearings after 15 hours and replacing them after 20 hours.

I've got 200 hours on an Ultra 250 2007 model
No issues with supercharger bearings or belt. Run in salt and fresh water, don't WOT that much.
I think that is an excessive recommendation unless you're racing or a speed demon!

I am still on the stock idler pulley at 102 hours. Belt just replaced.
The Rd idler only lasts about 25 hours, sometimes less according to many people using them.
I am gonna try the new Rogue tensioner in this thread.
