On the first time you remove the suppression, the easiest way is to remove the plastic box first. The clamp to the elbow on the hull exit is always in a wierd position, so remove the 3 bolts under the back of the boat to remove the metal elbow. Then you can bolt the elbow back in (pita by yourself) Install from back to front. Elbow on exit first, then plastic box, making sure you pivot the box "up" as far as you can (to clear the battery box), then install the waterbox piece. Try to position the clamps so you can tighten it all after installed properly.

Also I have not been sucessful getting the damn foam block back in with the suppression in.

I always wondered...how are you all getting the foam out in one piece? I hacked mine up and yanked it out.
