    Filter Placement

    Hello,
Would anyone mind sharing pics of where they positioned there 4" filter? I just cant seem to find a good spot to place this thing with the bucket in.

Currently (as seen in pic) I have it just above the fuel tank tied to a bracket that was already in place. Put I would like to find a good place for it while the bucket is in. OR is this a good place? Im just trying to get the most out of this simple mod as possible so my question is does it REALLY matter that the filter is in the center or on the left or the right?

Does it really matter that when the storage bucket is in the filter is slightly up against it? To be honest I just cant seem to find a place where is doesnt touch the bucket unless I have it resting on the battery which I dont want it to do. Any feedback would be great or pics of your filter placement so that I can get and idea of what to do! Thanks much.

alot of us have ours sitting right where your as is but a tad further back literally right above the gas tank and up to where the holes can give it a dose of fresh air.

I just made a simple aluminium bracket and bolted it to the underside of the glove box.

i thought about mounting mine up in front of the seat where the large vent tube is there. i dunno how well it will fit or if it even will. maybe drill into the fiberglass on the right side and put flo rites in for cooler air. any thoughts on that?
