NC Towing Law Question
I figured I would post this in the regional section rather than towing since it is state specific.
In NC do you need operational brake/turn signal lights on the trailer if the brake/turn signals of the tow vehicle are visible?
I will be towing a single trailer with a 96 waveraider so visibility of the tow vehicle isn't a problem. I plan on getting a wiring harness (have already ordered) for my car so the trailer lights will be functional but my ski is broken and I am trying to get it to the shop sooner if i can!

I am sure lights on the trailer are required regardless of whether or not you can see the tow vehicle brake lights.
