List your setup, all mods, and prop/nozzle combo.

Mine doesn't have a stinger right before the waterbox. I'm pretty sure that my pipe is a standard factory pipe spec 2. No extra stingers. It has the ecwi stinger on the head pipe and then another stinger on the mid pipe. It also has the water cooling spots too.

I run 110 at the ecwi sprayer,85 in the mid pipe and a 100 in my waterbox. The mid pipe will get hot when using a 85 so keep that in mind. If you want to go the safer route i would put a 120-100 in there.

    +1

But with the stock prop, I'd run a 95 jet in the midpipe. More water gives it a bit more torque...to turn the stock prop better. You need to test with different size jets 90, 95, 100, 105, and 110...to see what makes the best speed and max rpms with your setup.

this might be a noob question,. but what do all these #'s refer to exactly.
like 100's 140s for jetting sizing.

Is that a measurement? If so in which units.
Just want to get a better understanding of jets.

    thx

Im not sure that's just Mikuni's number system they put on there jets. It's a metering measurement of some kind.

The #'s equal thousands.250 would be 1/4,500 would be 1/2. It means it took that size bit to drill the hole in it.
