What are the differences between the rad4 and the skat seal nowadays?
And were do you buy a Rad4? I can only find the skat in the store.
Im trying to decide which one to get

The Rad 4 Racing seal is the original seal which was then copied by Skat. The differences are that the Rad 4 seal has the shaft skimmed to offer a clean true surface for the bearing and seals to run on which is a 5 min job in a lathe. The Skat unit runs the bearing and seals direct on your crappy old shaft and they last accordingly. Rad 4 offer rebuild kits for only the cost of post and handling to original purchasers.
The Rad 4 unit also runs the best lubrication path as the bearing has a hole below the zerk to give grease direct access to the rollers.
But then I am a little Biased, I like the Rad 4 Racing ones so much....I brought the company!! Hey was that not a shaver add??
Hope this helps.
