does anybody fill their intake grate holes?

i just put some silicone around the bolt heads. Mainly just to keep the bolts from backing out.

I did the same. Just used some marine epoxy on the grate holes. JB weld on the ride plate holes.....

Did the same thing as Jerry..It makes it easy to change Grates if you have to just Get a small screw driver and pull out the silicone

So really no difference in speed just assurance the bolts wont slip out...
