just removed the WHOLE PLASTIC UNIT that houses the oem intercooler unit, and its got a crack in it.IM sure this is the problem as we have checked all other possabilities, and we have checked it on buds.SO we are thinking at idle it is drawing air in.....giving high rpm.....but at high throttle its acting like a boost leak.... giving lower than normal rpm,we gona epoxy it to try and make it air tight...any thoughts you guys

Thats definitely your problem however I dont think patching it is gonna hold for very long. You should pick up another intake from somewhere.
