Any late model Yamaha's rigged for fishing?

Got an 07 FX HO that I worship. I'd like to find a good ice chest attachment (on back), GPS/depth/fish finder combo, rod holders, etc. I've got a good telescoping rod that fits in the storage compartment and am using a lot of lighter gear. Anybody got a good fishing rig set up or at least some tips? Hope you are all having a great summer!

I wanted one of these but couldn't come to part with $300 for a cooler.

I ended up getting a saddlebag from Jetmate for $20 to hold my beer/ sandmiches.

Try searching in the Yamaha General & General Discussion sections...I've seen a few threads with nice homebuilt setups.

You can also make one on the cheap using PVC pipe and its associated connectors.

I read about that in Ride magaize. Inventive ways to fish off of a 3 seater, I think they were using the FX in the articles. Mostly in Hawaii too. I will look thru my old copies to see if I can find the issue for your reference.

Garmin has a line of waterproof fishfinders that use transom mounted transducers so they can be removed when not in use.
