    Water temps and performance....?

Does water temp affect rpms? I changed wear ring, spark plugs and Im still down 100-150 rpms. I was riding in shallow 4'-5' deep waters and really warm.

Should I stop killing myself for the lost rpms....?

Water temps affect RPM's more than anything. Your intercooler is cooled by the lake water. The hotter the water the less efficient the intercooler.

humidity effects speeds and RPM's as well. It has been real humid in my area all summer and the other day it was hot but not humid and i finally got 71 a couple times. (Jerry thats with a stock intake grate too). will let u know this weekend what the diff is with RIVA's

How much different are you guys running in like 50deg water? Is this showing a big difference in speed?

I was still close in top speed. 69.4-69.6mph....rpms were down to 7950 most of the time. 8000 when riding 2 up

This was after the skegs and RIVA intake grate. New wear ring also.
