possible compression issue?
2000 gpr12.. stock carbs rejeted for flame arrestors and accel pump removal, gas valves, jet works mod, free flow, and milled stock head.
My problem....ski is sluggish all around and is not able to turn above 6k rpms. ive checked my compression before and after head milling and have only gained 4-5 from 120before and 124/5 after. my other gpr has same milled head and im getting nearly 150, could this low compression be not adequit enough for my fuel mixture are do i have some carb tunning to do?

Just check with who ever milled the head what compression you should get.
Did you use a new head gasket? Torqued to spec? How did you check the compression like plugs in, fresh charged battery, throttle wide open?
Your compression has nothing to do with your carbs but maybe your rpm's.
