Low Octane Gas
What are the options for reversing the effects of 80 hours of 87/89 octane in an RXP? and is the difference significant enough to care?

What effects could there be???
The ECU most likely retarded the timing if engine knock was present, to reduce detonation. I would say that peaK performance was not felt with the 87 octane fuel, but prolly a little better with the 89.
If ther ski was experiencing damaging detonation, it would not have lasted 80+ hours...
pull the plugs and see is they are damaged by detonation...PR...
When an engine fails due to detonation/pinging, the piston tops and cylinder head combustion surfaces get erroded like little craters, I`ve seen rings lands on pistons get burned off, causing destruction in that cylinder...
