2.5 ft.lbs = 30.0 in lbs=3.39 nm which is WAY low! should be around 90in lbs with metal clutch washers

Would be a good time to get rid of the ceramics and upgrade to the metal washers.

Upgrade to the 04-05 metals you can get from Jerry!!! I was at 70hours on my 05 and my slip was low too. When I removed the ceramic washers and looked at them they had a groove going down in them. I bet 20-30 more hours and I would have been posting how I lost my ceramics.
You can change them yourself it's not hard. Just need a torque wrench, which I bet you could rent or something.

A long time ago, my stock '04 clutch registered 5.3 nm and I was only running 7750-7800 rpm. So 200-300+ rpm loss. 50 hrs on that clutch.
