    R&D Flame Arrestors and rejet?

I am looking at buying a 96 XP from a friend and he says the carbs need a good cleaning so I plan on pulling out the carbs and doing a full rebuild and replace all the fuel lines as well. I have an R&D Flame arrestors from my 97 GSX and I would like to put the m on the XP but I am not sure what jetting and pop off to change to? If anybody has an idea what to jet the carbs to that would be great. I went to R&D's web site and there is no info on rejetting and pop off.
    Thanks
    Chris

75 pilots, 2.0 needle and seats, 80 gram springs, same mains. You can go up to 80 pilots if you want, that was what R&D originally recommended. It proved to be on the rich side, and would load up after extended idles.

Thanks so much, thats exactly what I needed. Where should I start with the high and low speed screws? Should I keep them at stock settings?

Yes, try them at stock. Do some plug chops, with the first one being a real short wot burst. You want the porcelin on the plugs to be a chocolate brown. Make at least 3 passes each holding the throttle wo longer, to make sure it is not going lean the longer you hold it wot.
