Whats the best (fastest) way to strengthen your legs?

Just got back from my first supercross endurance race weekend, 50 min in the choppiest water ive ever seen, is quite the workout.

    I need stronger legs!

    No gym membership!

Help me so I can punish the 250X that stayed ahead of me.

If you want to spend a few bucks on the best endurance work out ever, invest in P90X.. Holy chit you'll be in the best shape ever in 90 days!!! I lost 60 pounds in 90 days and it changed my life!!

    Goggle it... P90X

Practice in the conditions you ride. Run at a local high school or college track if they are open to the public. If they have stands do bleacher runs. Dot drills. Line drills. Bulgarian squats. Lunges. Calf raises. Leg raises. Could go on, but just do a Google search and you will find tons of info. Good luck.

+1 but be ready for it. My first time i hurled all over the place, and I thought I was in pretty good shape. I never followed through on it, and just stole bits and pieces to use in my daily workout.
