    X Supercharger on RXT

Recently I was told you could slap on the supercharger for the X boats on my 06 RXT.... I have a Vortech 'GEN-2' impeller in my supercharger now which pumps out about 9 - 9.5 lbs of boost (according to Riva), the X supercharger supposedly puts out 10.5 pounds of boost.

Can the X supercharger be put right on my 06 RXT and if so, is the stock ECU ok for this along with the stock fuel injectors? Might I have to change the Solas Impeller?

    x charger

Yes the x sc will mount right up and You can run the stock ecu but you have to change to the 42 pound inj and also run a rrfpr with that RIVA 'GEN-2' Power Cooler Kit and see where your rpms are at then go from there. If you do need a repitch send your prop to erik at speedfreeks he does a wonderful job and with a quick turn around.

I'm suprised with that setup you have that your not running a little lean with 38's. You really need 42's.

+1. (The rrfpr might not be needed with stock rev limit/ecu Not sure.)

No problems running lean. I have noticed in the last three weeks a drop off in RPM (about 200), I believe due to water and air temps. But have had no problems with my set up that I've noticed. Will there be a problem with the stock ECU if I switch to 42/lb injectors and the X Supercharger?

The ski should idle fine; possibly a tad rich, but nothing to affect performance. Up top the ski should have enough fuel. As always, you really should air fuel the ski and see for sure.

I am actually building an '05 Rxt for a friend. It has a C5 (11psi) supercharger impellor and 42's right now. I will be air fueling and can let you know the results. I need about a week or 2 to have all the parts in though.
