    Impeller Suggestions for SL 750

I'm rebuilding and upgrading my pump to the long style. My Impeller is pretty banged up so I'm looking to probably replace it.

The 750 had no engine mods as of yet, but may get some mild mods. I have an R&D Polaris grate, Ocean Pro long ride plate and will have a 4" extended pump, maybe an upgraded stator also.

What impeller do you guys recommend or is the stock one just fine. I saw someone selling a Nujet 13/20, but I think the 750 would have a hard time turning it.

I'd rather have more top speed than holeshot if I had a choice.

Suggestions?....Or if anybody has something for sale?

I think the recommended skat-trak is a 13/18 swirl, but you better double check

Skat Trak 13/18 swirl would be a good choice. Nice holeshot.

Learned Nu Jet isn't that great of an impeller.

So my suggestion would be what Solas rec ommends for a stock 750 since you will only have mild engine bolt ons.

When an impeller is listed as progressive, what does that mean? All the earlier SLs seem to have progressive 4 blade impellers.... I thought all impellers are progressive. Why does Polaris just list the impeller as progressive? 1996 and up starts to list the pitch and uses 3 blades.

The 92-93 also used a 3 blade normal pitch.

Only the 4 blade impellers are listed as progressive.

I don't think anyone really knows the pitch of them.

Sorry I couldn't have a better answer for you.

Just best to follow the impeller manufacturer's suggestions.
