Rebuilding 01 GPR1200
Hey guys I'm in the process now of helping my friend rebuild his 01 GPR1200. Just ripped the motor apart and found that the 3rd piston has a hole in it and scratched up the cylinder pretty bad. We have never rebuilt a waverunner but we are very mechanically inclined and want to start on this job as soon as possible. I just need some of your guys advice.
Since the cylinder is pretty scratched up, would I be able to bore it out? And if it was bored, I'm guessing I'd have to rebore all the other cylinders as well? If anyone has any tips tricks or anything that would guide me through this process it would be much appreciated.
