    Mounting a gas can.

I was wondering how some of you have mounted jerry cans on your ski. I am looking for extra range sometimes, but also want it out of the way for regular cruising. (08 SHO Cruiser)

What I used for the trip to Bimini. Didn't need the extra fuel but wanted to make sure I had it is I need it. It's made out of 1" PVC and use two ratchet straps to hold the rack on. From tow hook down to rear tie down eyes. Plus one other strap to hold the cans in, so I can remove the cans without loosening the rack. I've since painted it blue with the plastic paint, holds up well.

Looks that way! I also added some rubber padding on the tee that rubs on the hull under the tow hook.

    or 70 liters.

I think I can run about 140 KM on the river on a tank, more if I avoid the higher RPM's. I seem to get further on the ocean.

Yes 3x10lts, It is 1"PVC pipe i do not have measurements i just put the 3 cans together and went from there and cut the pipe to size, its not hard just think about what you are doing, use PVC cement to hold firm when you are finished,
