    Hi-Temp

I keep overheating. I`m guessing no matter what the thermo has to go back in. I changed the exhaust temp sensor and it didnt help. Ride plate hot as a mutha and engine oil hot as hell. Stayed in limp mode for 30 mins! Boiling water out of puke tank. Only happens after a wide open run!

Only Three problems it could be.

    1. Blown Head Gasket.
    2. You reversed the Oil Cooler lines when installing the Thermostat.
    3. The thermo is sticking. (but looks like u dont have one, lol)

No blocked intercooler, no thermostat, no crossed lines. Could it be that 50`s, stock ecu and stock intercooler is dumping too much fuel?

hoss, i had the same issues when i took the t stat out of mine. i was always overheating. i think without the t stat, the water circulates too fast through the ride plate and doesnt cool off enough causing the engine to eventually overheat. i changed mine to the open loop like 2 years ago and my ski runs so much better and consistant, even on real hot days

You know, I`m down with that but,,,problem is I went 2 summers without one. Never had a peep out of that loud ass buzzer. Now is it from oil heat, engine heat or coolant, I dont know. Maybe the no thermo, maybe the fact that I`m back on the stock intercooler, maybe the lack of oil pressure due to the oil spray deal for the charger. And I think thats when it started, when I installed the SC oiler. I am gonna get a thermo back in.
