    how to remove the choke to install primer

    Are there any instructions on how to remove the chokes from my carbs to install a primer for my domestic?

    Not sure how the Keihins are, but on the Mikunis, you need to remove the choke plates, then pull out the choke linkage. Install the primer fittings with epoxy and install the primer pump in place of the choke lever.

    "T" primer pick up into the main line, and "T" the primer out hose to each carb.

    The Keihins are all connected to each other with 2 rails, do I need to remove these in order to remove the choke shafts? I'm thinking yes.
